It’s almost Memorial Day and we haven’t had an 80 degree day this year. 80 degree highs are the norm this time of year.
Memorial Day marks the beginning of summer in southeast Kansas and happens to be the day I put the fan in the window. On the Fourth of July, I replace the fan with the AC unit. On Labor Day, I put the fan back in until Halloween. At the rate temperatures are climbing, I nay not need the AC unit at all.
