My quarter beef came in a few minutes ago. It just about filled my 300 dollar freezer on sale at Wally World. I got some soup bones and an oxtail. I think I will need a second crock pot. With the dramatic cooling trend starting tomorrow night, I seeca lot of soups and stews in my immediate future.
