Sears: The Coffeyville Urinal of Retail.

It is little wonder Sears is slowly going out of business.  They can’t figure out what you want if you sat up and begged them.  The snowblower story I posted yesterday turns out to be worse than I thought.  I went to the Sears Hometown Store in Indy today.  I got a new push mower for under 200 dollars.  There were two left, one of them selling as is.  There are still seven snowblowers left.  Sears shipped fifteen of them almost a decade ago and the store actually sold almost half 0f them.

Everything not snowblower has sold rapidly.  Even the furnishings are gone, including the counter.  The owner says she has a week or two at most. There were two gas grills I thought about getting, but I will probably end up getting some drills instead.
