Mailing it in

As I went to town today, I noticed the newspaper tubes at the end of many driveways. I don’t know what they are used for since the Reporter stopped home delivery five years ago and the Urinal stopped in November 2011. When the Tulsa World stopped selling papers a year ago, the few tubes they had disappeared in a month or two.
