Time to fire up the grill

With ideal weather for the next few days and my weekend starting tomorrow morning, I am going to fire up the grill. Last year’s quarter cow is just over half eaten and I need to make room for a half a hog. Hogs are hard to find after fair season ends this weekend, so I will have to pick up by the end of the month.
