Tag renewal

I had to go to the tag office to get my tags renewed this week. I figured I could get off work, have breakfast and get to the tag office as it opened at 8am. When I got there at just after 8, there was a sign saying that due to a shortage of employees, the office would open at 9am until further notice. Even though it was the end of the month, there were only half a dozen people in front of me and only three people came up before the office opened. Fortunately they put all of the people who needed time consuming title work in one line and the rest of us in the other two. I still got home just after 9:30.
