I had not ridden the bikes all year, but I finally got them off of the porch and prepared them for riding. Coffeyville’s football stadium is about five miles from my house. Unless the high school goes deep in the playoffs, this is the last time both the high school and the college are at home this year.
I could either go to the high school game Friday night featuring the top two teams in the class 4A West, but have to deal with traffic at night on roads with no shoulder of any kind. My other option is to go to a rare Saturday afternoon game featuring two teams that really suck, but I am less likely to get killed on the way to or from the game. Since I work weekends, this will most likely be my last chance to see either one
