It ain’t over just yet..

…but the drought is diminishing. Caney Valley schools go back to a 5 day school week next week. The empty stream beds have water but it is not flowing yet. The spring near my house is flowing at about half a gallon a minute. No local government has declared an end to the drought emergency, but everyone is anticipating an end before spring.
