None of the above
It seems our choices for President come down to a senile fool who couldn’t do more to destroy the country if he tried versus a grifting con man who failed to destroy the Sith when he had the chance. If there was a time for none of the above this might be it. Right nowContinue reading “None of the above”
Putting the duh in dumb blonde
Michelle Lujan Grisham, Governor of New Mexico, issued a temporary ban on carrying handguns in Bernalillo County including the city of Albuquerque. The rationale is “public health” because gun violence kills two to three children a month. This executive order has not exactly gone over well with the public. Mayor Beetlejuice thrown out.
Chicago held its mayoral primary election yesterday. No only did incumbent Lori Lightfoot not get a majority of the vote, she wasn’t the leading vote getter in a field of eight. She didn’t even finish second to make it to the general election. When you piss on and piss off so many voters that notContinue reading “Mayor Beetlejuice thrown out.”
Food inflation takes a breather
The after Christmas sale is on. Not only is Christmas candy on sale, but turkeys and hams are on rollback as well. Even better in Kansas, Sunday the sales tax on groceries goes down from 6.65% to 4.65%. Of course most places that sell food are in towns that add 3% to that. Hopefully theContinue reading “Food inflation takes a breather”
