Got back from Tulsa Tough this afternoon. Normally I take the who)e week off, but because I didn’t have enough time off, I have to go back to work tonight. This might be tougher than working the bicycle race.

Got a text from my boss at Tulsa Tough. There could be a delay in today’s Fondo start. If there is there is a very good possibility the Gran Fondo course, and one of my two stops could be eliminated. Car got fixed, sort of.
Got the car into a transmission shop today. Found out the part I really need is no longer available. Fortunately a repair of the switch under the shifter was jury rigged and I got back to where I was staying. Lack of parts for cars over 15 years old is becoming an increasing problem. Tulsa too tough
I left this afternoon to go to Salpupa for Tulsa Tough. I get checked in at my hotel and my car won’t get in gear. I found a mechanic that will look at it tomorrow. Meanwhile I am stuck at my hotel.

I went to Tulsa yesterday to watch the Tulsa Buffaloes win over North Texas. After a late start, the Tulsa Buffaloes will play their first game at home when they host the North Texas Devils. I haven’t been to a Buffs game since 2019 and am trying to figure out how to work around the work schedule.
